During my travels I was able to visit some of the most famous and recognisable cities in the Middle East, Asia and Australasia. I wanted to capture these urban environments in a creative, abstract and unique way providing new perspectives to these heavily documented locations. Within this series I also wanted to document the locals in their ever changing urban environment.

Affichagé is the French name given to ripped posters and the layering of posters which over time builds a thick layer of multiple sheets of paper which when ripped reveals what is underneath creating great contrasts in shapes, lines and textures. Throughout my life I have been intrigued by Affichagé and since the age of 17 I have been documenting the different types of Affichagé throughout the world. Below is a range of images taken in cities across Western, Central and Eastern Europe as well as South East Asia. This is an on going street photography project.
